FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Confidence starts with clear answers.

Straightforward guidance on product documentation, ordering, shipping, tracking, and support.

Products and verification

Where do I find a product’s COA?

Each COA is attached directly to its matching product. Open the product page and select View COA. On the COA page, select View Third-Party Verification to open the original laboratory report.

What is the difference between the COA summary and the original report?

The Lone Star summary explains the key findings in plain language and carries our quality badge. The original report is the untouched technical document from the independent laboratory, including its chromatogram, mass confirmation, lot information, dates, and signature.

What does the product picture represent?

The image inside an individual product block represents one vial unless the product description clearly states otherwise. Multi-vial images used elsewhere on the site are brand visuals and do not change the quantity being purchased.

Ordering and delivery

How do I purchase?

Open the catalog, select the product you want, review its picture and explanation, choose the quantity, and select Add to cart. Open your cart and continue to checkout to complete the order.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. After shipment, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the order ships. Use that link to follow the package through delivery.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Contact Lone Star BioLabs promptly. Keep the product, packaging, lot identifier, and shipping materials while the issue is reviewed, and do not send anything back until you receive return instructions. Review the Refund & Returns policy for more information.

Research use

What are Lone Star BioLabs products intended for?

Products are intended exclusively for qualified in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical application.
